Well, I'm not exactly sure how old Sleestack was when I got him, but I know he had his first plug well before 2 years of age (guesstimate btw. 1-1.5 years for his first one) and they have been steadily getting stuck ever since! Now I can't remember if he's passed any on his own, but I know I've had to help him with a few (and the vet once). So far He is showing no signs of being aggressive-- I don't think he even understands what he is supposed to do. He's always been a little neurotic and freaked out, but never mean. I too, hope he doesn't turn into a Harry (no offense Harry!) but I don't know how I'd handle that. My last male was relatively easy to deal with as well.
