It gets mushy as heck! We bake our (hard) squash, but not quite as long or at quite the high tep that Cliff does (300 degrees for a half hour). HD cuts up the squash into small (bite size pieces) before I bake them.
The spagetti squash you do NOT have to put through the processor at all. The others I use a paring knife and peel away the skin.
Since getting our food processor, we only shred/chop veggies now about twice a month. We do a mass quanity of of the veggies, throw them in zip locks and freeze them. Sure makes life easier than doing this every couple of days.
