MK is one of my heroes but i disagree with her on the alfalfa thing ... most igs do *not* like it and it's too high in protein as far as i'm concerned ... (high protein diet is hard on the kidneys) ... but ... this is something *you* have to decide for yourself!

and ... quit kicking yourself for the avocado too!
