Your toughts on alfalfa powder..MK ref. book.

Does anyone use this powder form of alfalfa. She's so big on it I'm being pulled in that direction too. I thought of sprinkling on the greens or salald mix.....just a pinch or so... What do you think? This diet thing is NUTS ! Trtying to get it perfect :o(
