: Well, this is how I do it - I use a Salad Shooter to shred the veggies directly into the bucket, and each time I add a new ingredient I stir it together with a big metal serving spoon and my hands (yummy, okra slime!). It's a pretty good workout! I chop the greens with a knife and do the same thing with them.

Well, for the moment this is all I can muster -

I had a keen picture of a smiley face, but I came home from an 2-day email conversion to find my server crashed. I have it reloaded for the 'net, but I lost my smile. If I find it again, I'll post it.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to mix some more food tonight.
