Well, this is how I do it - I use a Salad Shooter to shred the veggies directly into the bucket, and each time I add a new ingredient I stir it together with a big metal serving spoon and my hands (yummy, okra slime!). It's a pretty good workout! I chop the greens with a knife and do the same thing with them.

It still kinda looks like a war zone though. Veggie pieces everywhere, Ziploc bags scattered around.

OK, where's that smile! :)
