We peel our yellow squash and use the oven to bake it for a few minutes ( you can do more at one time, than with a microwave )
Unless you're giving very young cucumbers to your iguana, I'd be concerned with the seeds! Remember this, make sure you don't feed seeds of any kind to your iguana, most of them, will not break down in their system. They're digestion track has these things called "hind guts" it's pockets that catch food, break it down and process it. Well if seeds get into these areas, they may set there for a long time, filling these pockets up which are needed for "good food items", so remember if there's seeds, clean them out of food items first before feeding that item to your iguana.
