They have a lot of fat in them (probably why I love them so!) and the Ca:P is pretty darn low. Someting like 0:.25.

I did buy our iguanas some sushi (veggie) recently that had a silver of avacado in it. They loved it. It was only a treat ($6/6 pieces!).
