Coolio, who is about 3 years old, also has a character flaw in his dewlap, but it was like that when I got him about a year ago, and I don't know how it happened. The vet just said that "something" happened, but it is ok. I would suggest tho, that your ig visit the vet anyway, if he hasn't done so in 2 years. He should be getting at least annual check-ups complete w/fecal whether he needs it or not :-)
