sounds like you've got things under control with all the kids.Great!!!
Now is this sloughing off or shed?or could it be scabs?If he's growing and doing well,he'll shed more often,,our girl Cirsis sheds on her head almost 24/7 it seems.Our Go has his upper lip somewhat scarred and his lips don't meet,but he does just wonderful and it does add some character to his sweet face.He had MBD when we got him.
Just keep your eye on his nose and let us know please.
