How many people use citrus friuts ?

Like oranges and tomatoes for instance....That's it, I can't wait for THE book any longer... I of course as usual can't find it now....but I read it on MKs site... not to feed high in citrus fruits. Am I wrong ? Are my igs not getting oranges and missing something ? There arn't that many things that they won't eat...but they hated blackberries...they protested by finger-painting the floor. What a mess that was.... Even their little toes were stained LOL
