I was wondering...is it my imagination or the photo...but your Iguanas mouth doesn't seem to be closing properly. Looks like MBD... Has he been diagnosed with it? Just wondering. I've never seen stitches on a reptile before so I can't comment on them....looks like it was a nasty brawl ! I've had several spay and neuters of cats/dogs here...there stitches always looked yucky to me. But they all healed the way they were suppose to. Not like looking at human stitches at all. Ours look much neater.
