T ~ Kirby is Q's size + i can't imagine training him yet! *grins* Kirby still likes to poop as many times a day as is physically possible ... mebbe Q could talk to him??? LOL

anyway ~ Jennifer ~
iZ was maybe 1.5yo when he got 'tub-trained' ... (+ down to pooping usuallly only once a day!) he figured it out very quickly and i do think that igs like to poop outside of their enclosures which helps motivate them ... (hey, that stuff stinks!!!)

iZ would simply have a regular time of day that he'd soak in a shallow bathtub of lukewarm water ... being in water stimulates them to go ... (which is how *i* inadvertently discovered this, when iZ was constipated) ...

as iZ got bigger, he got fancy and got to where he'd line his vent up just right with the tub drain! what a show off!

like T+Q said, lots of patience!
