You are going to have to watch over your iguana's during eating times, what could be happening, is that the larger of the two is "hoggin'" the food bowl, which at that time could mean aggression up to, but not limited a bite. This aggression could get worse, down right to the point of a foot or leg getting bit off(little one)
There's two opinions you can do
1) feed them in two separate bowls at two different ends of the cage. Watch them from a distance for a few days to see if this works.
2) Separate them completely during feeding time.
I would like to add that you need to start thinking about what you are going to do, if you have to completely separate them all together. They may wind up being 2 males and if they are, it's almost for certain you will have to have two separate cages.....located away from each other.
