I have read your reply about the diet.. It sounds like you are doing great.. Sometimes Iggys can get Diahrea just like we can..so it is possible with the stress of new enviroment that is all it was.
I bath mine everyday to help stimulate uration.. also leave a bath in there with her and she nows what to do.
Temp..Wise do not worry in the winter as long as you have the UVB and heat he or she will be fine. however one suggestion to you would be make sure there is an area of the tank that is ten degrees cooler so that he or she can get away from the heat.
I also noticed that you posted that you have a basking rock in the cage by that do you mean a heat rock?
They can be very dangerous to Lizards especially babies. they can burn them
