1) in regards to the (P P) yes they do, but it's a white liquid more than clear fluid. It may be the diet you are feeding your iguana.
Question:: Please post what the diet is for your iguana and please be detailed about it.
2) Over heating is something to watch out for when taking your iguana outside. You should always supply them with a shaded area, around 50% sun and 50% shade. I wouldn't go over 50% sun. Even when iguanas are in the shade they're getting more UVB then they would inside under a UVB light. Spraying (mist)they with water every so often is good when they're outside. During the summer months you should attempt to get your iguana outside as much as possible to take advantage of the natural UVB rays while you have a chance. This will help the overall health of your iguana while it's captive inside during the winter months.
3) You can try giving your iglet a bath to try to promote stool movement. Don't fill the tub too much, make it so the iguana can still stand without having to tipy toe to keep above the water. The water should also be warm but not too hot ( like checking for a bottle of warm milk for a baby) that's what the temp should be.
