I was wondering the same thing the other day after witnessing some strange behavior from Isabelle. She was happily basking on top of Pi's cage when I took Pi out and placed him on top of the cage also. She is never really comfortable with Pi being too close but she usually just opens her mouth for a second and then ignores him. I was loving him up and petting him and talking to him when she rushed up to me, pushed the top of her head into my chest, and made these little huffing noises. I could have sworn that she was telling him that I was her humom and that he better not forget it!! I petted her a bit and kissed the top of her head and she remained in that position until I moved away. Makes ya wonder, huh?
