I'm sure that everyone here knows that male iguanas can get aggressive during mating season, but a lot of times we forget how wild they actually are because of how tame they act most of the time. The picture in the reply to this is just a reminder of what can happen (in very RARE occasions). This picture was posted in Reptiles magazine, and occured from being attacked by a male iguana. It wasn't meant to scare anyone of their igs just to inform. I posted it because it seemed to me (after watching this guy let his iguana take a bit of his pizza and then continue to eat it himself) that sometimes good intentioned ig parents can forget their kids are powerful and agile reptiles with sharp claws and sharper teeth, that need respect.
