I don't keep track of the names of my hibiscus since I renamed them last yr,,so can't help you out with the name,but hibiscus leafs are good cal:phos ratio and the flowers should be used as treats since their cal:phos is different and not as good.
Be sure you get a bush or plant that has not been treated with fertilizers or pesticides.Find out if they do treat with these chemicals,how long ago they treated and when you get them home,,do as HD said and it'll take about a yr for the chemicals to be gone from your plants if its' watered regular and allowed to drain.Cut back older growth to rid the plant of chemicals and if you cut the limb above a leaf,it will sprout at the leaf and make two new sprouts.If you cut below it,the sprouts will start at the lower leaf level.They are hardy ,drought resistant plants that grow very well here in Fla all yr round.We have 30 bushes for our kids to eat at their leisure.
