I'm not sure if this is all true but I read somewhere that salmonella is an "omnipresent bacteria" in the gut of reptiles and as long as it stays at acceptable levels the reptile's fine, they compared it to e.coli in our gut.
Has anybody heard this?????
I'll have to do some searching to find where I found this.......
