I didn't quote the whole "book" nor could I, but I did mention that he speaks of goitrogens, and he also mentions using them in small amounts, not as a staple.
Don't want a lot of confusion on this, as I am not out to stop people from buying the "book" should they so desire, be even so, as I said, I would not recommend it either.
