Okay so I turn around from my computer to see Iggy, my iguana (duh), going for a rubber band (with a look of ferocity) I, like an idiot, left on the floor. So I threw myself on the floor and grabbed for it just as Igs was opening his mouth. I guess he didn't realize that my hand had replaced the rubber band and he bit down REALLY hard and didn't let go until he opened his eyes to see me screaming and fighting back from throwing him across the room. So now my hand has just stopped gushing blood and I'm wondering if I can get Salmonella or anything from an Iguana bite. Igs is usually a really good boy (in fact he is sitting in the corner looking guilty right now), so I've never had to worry about this before... what do I do? Thanks ahead of time!
