dead lizards, pet shop ripped me off..help!!!!!

I got three animals shipped from a pet shop. They were in poor shape. The guy said to take to vet and he'd pay. Then when I did he said he wouldn't reimburse me unless breeder did him. The breeder is well known and he is not who caused animals to get impacted. Credit card dispute didn't work as it was live animals. SOmeone suggested internet fraud or something like that..any suggestions? I need help! thank you Mary
