I know which particular website you are referring to that makes this claim...but it could not be further than the TRUTH. I am not saying that Active UV Heat or any other HID lamp is not capable of causing damage if used and placed incorrectly....but playing on the hopes, fears, confusion of others is pathetic to me. I haven't read the website for that simple reason ...self grandizing promotion of the status quo! She is but ONE voice...in herp care, NOT the ONLY voice!!
