Me and Ziggi didn't get along too good today. Got off early from work, kids and wife swimming, I decide
to bring Ziggi out for a little sun. He stays on my shoulder, then decides he wants to run down my shirt, I
head to the house to put his leash on, go to pick him off my back and BAM he bites my pinky finger, drew a tiny bit
of blood, well I held him until he calmed down, put the leash on(very difficult), back outside we go! I decide to let him
sit on a small table outside, everything ok, until I move around him and jumping he goes to the grass, I grab the leash and he goes
crazy, spinning around, jumping, squirming, I finally pick him up and he clamps to my arm like he's never letting go(gotta trim those claws)--
Well, I calm him down and hold him a while then its back to the luxury cage! Man, I hope when he gets 5 foot he is a bit more calm.
Does this sound normal, he's not been outside but a couple of times, probably just scared. He's 2 foot snout to tail and growing as I type.
Any suggestions on improving our outside relationship? If it won't for the leash I would never catch him, he's like a little road runner.
Thanks.
