it's good to hear the shedding in pieces + bits seems to be a grown-up-ig thing to do! that reassures me a tad with the iZ-monster ... i got used to those total sheds of his youth! heheheh
makes alot of sense that upping the fluid intake would help with the shedding process ... mmmmmmmmm ... something about flushing wastes from the body better ... i lost my thought ... it's been a helluva a week here ... anyway ...
