if she's pooping but is not able to pass whatever is obstructing her (as seen on another x-ray), she *will* need surgery ASAP ...
not sure *i* agree with adding more fiber (alfalfa) to her diet if she's impacted ... but i'm just a humommy, not a vet ...

like BH said, this is something that NEEDS medical attention NOW ... if something *is* stuck inside her, is visible on x-rays, has not moved since the last x-ray, she NEEDS SURGERY ASAP ...

This WILL KILL her if you muck around too much longer!
