Sorry I can't help you with your lighting,,we don't use lighting,,we live in central Fla and it is warm to hot and sunny almost yr round.And sorry but our kids all have scales.

Where are you from?And I know a lot of peeps that get their iggies outside all summmer and it's been said that if they get enuff good strong sunshine naturally,then they don't need it during the winter.Alot of that depends on where in the world you live,,the more the sunshine the closer to the equator(sp)the better the sunshine
