My answer to your questions, Dave:

A) Don't let your ig lose in the computer room!!! There's lots of electric chords that it could get tangled in.

B) Ya know, there IS a solution to the clawing thing..nail clipping! Have a vet show you how to properly clip its nails

C) The window won't be that helpful for natural sunlight, because the glass filters out the UV rays. If the enclosure you're keeping the iguana in is glass, the window is NOT a good idea! Your best bet would be to build a screened outdoor enclosure for unfiltered sunlight.
