First off, you have at least showed up here.....that's a good thing. Second, why would you purchase an iguana BEFORE doing research on them???!!! Third, if you can't afford the required equipment, please don't purchase an animal/reptile until you can. It's not fair to the reptile!
You have got a long road ahead of you, tons of research and more $$$. $150.00 is a drop in the bucket for owning an iguana.
OK with that off my chest, first problem you have is, your iguana is probably in shock/stress right now from the move. Also as mentioned, the temps are not even close to what is needed in the iguana's cage. Iguana should have heat coming from above....not below. They should have a hot area and a cooler area in the cage. The hot side should be around 92 to 95 degrees and the lower temp at around 80 to 82 degrees.
