It needs a heat light that provides his basking area with a temp between 94-98. Its gotta have this basking area to
properly digest its food. It will definately need a bigger cage, but his temperature requirements are very important.
Feed it mostly leafy greens(collard,turnip,mustard). Do some more research on diet and temp requirements. Here's a good link to start.
