Another Question ...Feeding and Cleaning

A few more questions I have;

Can you pre-prepare and freeze an ig's food so that feeding is made easier during the week? with fresh fruits and veggies on weekends?

Also, I have seen sites that recommend cleaning the enclosure from top to bottom 2-3 times a week, while some say once a week is ok. 2-3 sounds a little excessive to me...help me out, thanks.
