Thanks, I guess it would be better NOT to get one from a pet shop. I wasn't concerned with getting a "cute baby" ig. I was more concerned with over-all proper consistent care (I keep reading of igs who die before their time due to poor diet). Actually I would prefer an older ig 1-2 yrs.
