Feeding and diet.

Here's a dumb question???? Are the little Gerber Meat Sticks good for Iguanas as a treat? If not, what's a good treat for them to have? Mine loves them very much. What's a good balanced diet for Iguanas in general? I normally give a variety of fruits and veggies with meat sticks twice a week. The meat sticks seem to be his favorite.
Thanks in advance for any info.
