Ok..I am getting my first iguana on Saturday. I have done a lot of research to make sure I would be able to do this. My only question is this. How much food should you give them at one time? How many times a day should you feed them? I understand that it also depends on how big they are, but what is a good rule of thumb? I am getting a 24" iguana. Also on this Ca/P ratio thing...how do you go about figuring it for the total meal? How much Ca to P should you have? They say 2:1 ratio...but what amount of miiligrams should that be? I want to ensure that I have a healthy and happy pet. Any info you have would be appreciated.
Thanks
Terra
