Food

My iguana really love collard greens and green beans, but it seems like they get dried out being in there all day, he still eats with no problem it just doesnt look to appealing. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening? The food is not placed under a light or anything it is in a shaded part of the cage so I dont think that is the problem. I appreciate any help you may give me....THANKS.......
