I have recently received a 4 to 5 month old iguana from a friend who found out that it was much harder to raise an iguana that he thought. Anyways, the iguana is really small, really brown, and really neglected. We just took him outside for the first time, and he came alive like he never has before when the sun hit him. I went back inside to take a look at his uva/uvb light and upon removing it, noticed it was a Coralife Spectramax Freshwater Lamp. Does anyone know if this light puts out any of the invisible spectrums of light at all? Is he getting any UVA/UVB light? If he is, is it enough to aid him in digestion? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
