it is best not to reply to those... it is a gimmick more times than not to check whether you are a legitimate address. If you reply, they will send that crap to you forever. Known companies will take you off lists, but much of this scammy mail crap we get are not that honorable. At times, I get a lot of spam as well, but I notice when I don't reply, that mail eases off.
