If it's "direct" sunlight it's wonderful for the iguana but if the light is being filtered by glass, it's worthless. Iguanas need UVB rays for a healthy life. You should have a UVB light setup and be running it 12 hours a day. Also, exposure to outside light is 10x healthier than a light bulb, so make sure this summer your iguana gets outside. Also, either have your iguana on a leash or in a cage when outside.
