What's the concensus on Active UVHeat?

I desperately want to consolidate my UV and heat sources. My reptile room looks like an electrician's nightmare.

Not to mention the fact that Junior is impossible to set up with UVB, and he hates being in direct sun. Don't worry - he's in no danger of calcium deficiency, but I would feel better if he could get a solid dose of UVB light while sitting under his heat lamp.
