If you want to do an archive search on "calcium supplements" oyster shell and other types of calcium supplements not safe to give our igs have
been addressed. Here in Cali...a law was passed last year regarding lead content in cal supps...very strict legislation...any cal supplements made with oyter shell must be chelated with very minute traces of lead. The shelves of cal supps at most drug stores are alot thinner these days!
