I've heard that humans need to be careful buying generic brands of calcium supplements because 'cheaper' brands sometimes use oyster shells as their source of calcium. Oyster shells, in our polluted oceans, are frequently contaminated with lead. I know some people use human supplements for their igs, so I thought I would post that here...
