no, the poor little guy didn't have a UVB light, just a heat lamp. Luckily I've got several reptiles and some extra iguana UVB lights around. My iguanas eat collard and mustard greens, that's all they'll eat besides the dry food, so that's what i've been giving the little guy, but i can't tell if he's eating since he's been here. he hides all the time, and he'll try to bite me if i reach for him, so i'm giving him a little adjustment time. i put a cardboard barrier up so he can't see the other iguanas, so hopefully he feels safe. and believe me, if it was up to me, i wouldn't allow my brother's roommate to own living creatures ever again. :)
