mouth rot?

my iguana (young) I think has mouth rot. It looks a little swollen on the bottom mouth(jaw) on both sides. He is eating fine and I read it could be a vitamin c difficiency. I am giving him extra c now. (not helping) anyone have any suggestions. Does he need antibiotics, if so what kind?
