My Iggy seems to be just fine with my animals. (5 dogs and 3 cats). Not all at once but a few at a time seem to be ok. I would suggest letting them get to know each other in small amounts of time. I am new to iguana's and not a pro like so many others on the list but from my own personal experience I have not had a problem.
