Iguana Owner "Battle Scars"

You know, It actually makes me feel much better to know that lots of iguana keepers apparantly have to deal with shredded wrists and arms. Thats not to say that I enjoy the thought of anybody being scratched up, but most of the commonly seen literature talks about how calm and docile pet iguanas get....without mentioning that they also have an uncanny ability to absolutely SNAP and turn into the reptile equivalent of a weed whacker. I thought I must be doing something terribly wrong with my Lemmy, as I often walk away from our "handling sessions" in need of a transfusion. Now I see that even the tamest of iguanas, (which Lemmy is not...) can have their bad claw days. Thanks for the insight everybody!
