Its True that the Corparet stores do not tend to the animals like they should, but not all of them are like this, there is a PetSMart store down the road where i live, the first time i went in there it was terrible, Dirty, had dead animals on top of the Shelf's were they Keep the Reptiles, Mainly Frogs and Anoles, a few spiders, the Spiders were fine, but the anole and Frogs were diead or dying, now I go in there every other day and Make sure all the cages are clean, if they arnt, i tell the person working, and he cleans them. I think the Best approach would be not to Boycatt them, but to Make Them take better care of the Animals they Sell by keeping a close Eye on the stores, Telling them what they are doing wrong, and Education the people(mostly teen's) the correct way to care for the animals, and ensure that they do the job, most of these places will Hire anyone, as long as they have some one there to make the money, but if we show them what they are doing wrong, and try to get them to change, it would bebeter than boycotting them. Just think, if you ignore the problem you are just as guilty as the stores are, so go out and Tell them,and find a wy to Make them take care of the animals.
