because he's back to his "satan spawn" again. He's turning orange and it's looking like he's going back into breeding season....hey wait a minute.......he just got out of 6 months of season 2 weeks ago!!!!

I wouldn't trust Harry at all any more and this is the iguana who use to lay on my lazy chair with me for hours!!!

I would have to say, based on what I have learned and seen is that male iguanas are born with a status......some are mellow their whole life but others are as mean as a disturbed hornets nest. This has to do, I believe with a gene which was given to the individual iguana before it was born.
After having Harry out last weekend for the show, I believe the direct sunlight has jump started he's breeding mode again. Tonight he flew across the cage at me, he hasn't done that for over a month. I am strongly believeing that spending the full day in direct sunlight has "super charged" Harry's aggression. Should I keep him in a closet, in the dark?? (Just kiddin!!)
Now take O'Malley (male), he's so shy, he'd hide from his own shadow. The complete opposite of Harry in moods.
I still believe every ig has a built in marker, that decides just what kind of iguana it's going to be and as far as training them.....good luck with ones like Harry......for me, I'll let Harry be Harry.....and do as he wants....cause right now, I have all 10 of my fingers and I'm not willing to bet any of them on training him.
