It may even be neurological...In the interim...get him out in the sun /as close to his UVB emitting light if using flourescent type tube within 9.5 inches is OPTIMAL! for as long and as much as possible. Vitamin B complex (especially high in B1/ thiamine) added to his diet and a good phosphorus free calcium supplement would be great!
Good luck! Sounds like you're gonna be the best thing that's happened for him! Caution w/ "cooking" your ig...lol "top & bottom" that he doesn't dehydrate...#1 problem for igs & a starter for many a major illness!
