Hopefully one last time!

I currennty have Iggy under a infared lamp, and he's cooking nicely on top and bottom, and loves every minute, but noticed earlier, now more exaggerated, muscular twitching, in legs, flanks, tail, even see it in neck. I remember reading article about such a disorder, and what it is from and how to fix it, btu forgotten the contents of the article, could someone help me on this, and advise on whether I should smack, the former for all he'd done or allowed to be done to this poor animal. Thanks
